If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under 18, we reserve the right to suspend account immediately and conduct age verification checks before any further access is granted.

In addition to the age requirement, you must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction. Residents of jurisdictions where online casino gaming is expressly prohibited are not eligible to register or play. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation in online gaming is lawful in your location, and b4bet accepts no liability for use of the platform in violation of local laws. We may request documentary proof of identity and age at any point in the account lifecycle — failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. Players who misrepresent their age or eligibility status forfeit any winings acrued during the period of ineligibility.

All players on b4bet are expected to engage with the platform honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with these terms at all times. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that could constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated bots or scripting software, or engage in collusion with other players is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension and referal to relevant authorities where appropriate.

You are responsible for ensuring that the funds deposited into your b4bet account originate from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. b4bet operates anti-money laundering procedures in line with regulatory requirements and may freeze or close accounts pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected. Players must not share their account access with third parties, allow others to play on their behalf, or transfer account balances to other players outside of the platform's standard operation. You agree to cooperate with any verification or investigation process initiated by b4bet, including supplying identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or source-of-funds information within any reasonable timeframe specified by our compliance team.

b4bet grants you a limited, non-exclusive,-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content, software, or functionality provided by b4bet. You may not use automated tools, scrapers, crawlers, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform except where expressly permitted in writing by b4bet. Systematic data extraction, screen scraping, or mirroring of any part of the platform is expressly prohibited.

The platform is intended solely for lawful recreational gaming. You agree not to use b4bet in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other player's use and enjoyment of the service. Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to backend systems, databases, administrative interfaces, or other restricted areas of the platform constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may be prosecuted as a criminal offence. b4bet reserves the right to monitor platform usage for compliance purposes, and unusual patterns of play may trigger automatic or manual review. Players found to be in breach of these usage rules will have their accounts suspended or terminated without prior notice.

b4bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that a player has violated these terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond, except where doing so would prejudice the investigation or violate legal obligations. Accounts may also be closed at the player's own request — simply contact our support team and the closure will be processed in accordance with any applicable verification requirements.

Upon closure of an account — whether initiated by b4bet or the player — any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of outstanding verification steps and the deduction of any applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements that have not been met. b4bet reserves the right to withold funds where there is an ongoing investigation into potential fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms. Players who have self-excluded through the responsible gaming tools will not have their accounts reopened before the self-exclusion period expires, regardless of any subsequent request. If you believe an account closure was made in error, you may raise the matter with our support team for review.

The b4bet platform may contain references or connections to third-party services, including payment processors, game content providers, and identity verification partners. These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and b4bet does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, practices, or reliability of any third-party provider. Your use of any third-party service in connection with the b4bet platform is governed by that provider's own terms, and any disputes arising from those interactions must be addressed directly with the relevant third party.

b4bet takes care in selecting its service partners and expects them to maintain standards consistent with the platform's commitment to security and fair treatment of players. However, we cannot guarantee the continuous availability or performance of third-party payment or verification services, and temporary disruptions in those services do not constitute a breach of these terms by b4bet. Players are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service they interact with through the platform. b4bet accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from a player's reliance on third-party services or content encountered in connection with the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, the b4bet platform, or the services provided thereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in the player's jurisdiction. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, players may raise the matter through our official support channel as first escalation step. b4bet is committed to handling complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently, and we will make every reasonable effort to reach a satisfactory resolution before any matter proceeds to formal dispute resolution. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect rights or prevent imminent harm. These terms represent the entire agreement between b4bet and the player with respect to the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter herein.
